We have had a timely reminder of our responsibility to care for each other as a Church from Hana Fakhouri and the responsibilty we have to love each other. The Apostle John teaches this:

"By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us.  And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren." 1 John 3:16

In the near future, and on an ongoing basis, we are looking to find increased opportunities to express this and build our friendships with one another. Please consider coming away with us to Camp Clayton on 16-18 January 2009!

We are well into changing the way we practice being a church, the following points express some of our aims:

• To release us to freedom & liberty. [Gal 5:1 & Gal 3:1-3] To truly live as new covenant Christians.
• To be naturally supernatural. [John 14:12 & 1 Cor 2:1-5].
• To focus on "sending out" rather than "coming in". [John 17:18] Jesus commanded us to go, not to expect others to come to us.
• Every member to be engaged in effective Christian ministry. [1 Peter 2:4-5 & 9-10] Every person realising their full destiny in Jesus Christ.
• The building of a community (extended family) that is close knit but also very inclusive. [John 17:21]
• Seeking to be a moral voice with a call to righteousness for our community.
