At River City Life, we are endeavouring to respond to the Lord’s call to be an ‘apostolic’, sent people. We desire to break out of the maintenance mentality and walk missionally as we respond to Jesus’ call to ‘go’ and make disciples of all nations. We are called to be witnesses / living testimonies to Jesus and this is locally, regionally, nationally and internationally (Acts 1:8).
We have a vision to send teams out regularly into different areas and regions as the Lord opens doors to minister in a variety of ways. These include; medical teams, evangelistic teams, prayer teams, teaching teams, practical teams - really any team built up of people who minister according to God’s grace upon them. We believe that the opportunities are endless, we just need to equip, empower and release people to go and serve, with the heart ‘freely you have received, freely give’.
We desire to partner with the local church wherever they may be and be an encouragement and blessing to them as they take the Gospel out in love, Word, action and power. We believe that the Lord is establishing key relationships to make this happen.
