We here at River City Life believe in team ministry, each one serving the Lord according to His grace upon their lives. The role of the Leadership Team is not just a directional one, in fact far from it, it is about equipping, empowering and releasing the people of God to be all that the Lord desires for them to be. The Leadership Team here serve according to God’s call and grace upon their lives (each one different), but knitted together in love by the Holy Spirit. Team is important to us here – it’s not about an individual, we are here to serve and bless.
The Leadership team here at RCL is:
Guy & Roselean Owen - Who provide leadership to the people who make up the local church. They also have a heart for the church in the City of Launceston, to come together in Kingdom ministry.
Brenton & Rebekah Caust – Who partner with Guy & Roselean to bring leadership in the pastoral ministry side of the church; that is care, prayer, community & teaching
Chris & Kirsten Pannowitz – Who have been here from the beginning, and are great servant leaders who are multi-gifted
Tim & Bonny Lunnon - Who serve in an apostolic servant role both at RCL and in a wider role
And not to mention many others who lead and facilitate ministry in many areas from Administration to Music Ministry, Hospitality and many others – God bless you all.
